All our guides are expert riders with excellent skills and easy-going, friendly attitudes. This ensures that our Cape Town cycling holidays are always fun, exciting and safe.

Our lead guides are qualified either locally or internationally and all our guides have first aid experience (just in case!). Read below to find out a bit more about us and where we ride.

Professional Hydrologist by day
A keen mountain biker who rides a [t]rusty old Kona Lavadome that we can’t pry from her fingers.
Sublime cook and sandwich maker.
Fluent in French.
Knows Cape Town inside and out.

Harry Millar

Crazy mountain biker with raging disregard for self-preservation.
Rock music aficionado, and weird facts guy.
