Sticking with the sun theme, we went out to scout a ride early (real early!) this morning in Stellenbosch over to Zevenwacht wine estate. It was a great morning but the air has certainly got a bit chillier now and some of the vines in the area are starting to turn to their autumnal colours.
Our iRide Africa jerseys are starting to be seen on all the best mountain bike trails and today’s ride was no different. This was our last ride with Jennie before she goes over to Europe for her race season :(
Yesterday some friends scoped out the new Contermanskloof trails (start at Hillcrest estate). I took a quick photo of the hooligans descending the final piece of singletrack. These trails are going to be fantastic come winter time!
can i take a motor insurance business to small claims court? The insurer supplier refused my claim, (I would take the responsible driver to small claims nevertheless , I have no address to serve them or send a demand letter). One another driver was at fault however their insurance company says there can be a difference in your statements so they need to take the word of their insured vs. my word. I believe they acted in poor belief and did not accomplish a proper investigation would this be described as a valid claim in small claims court? I have to consider the at fault drivers insurance provider (not my own) to small claims to the damages to my car.
