I’m a bit behind with my blog posts of late, but I’m sure you’ll forgive me as I’ve been riding my bike….a lot! OK so maybe you won’t forgive me, but here are some photos of a recent singlespeed hack up Table Mountain and some lesser known trails.

I joined up with fellow singlespeed freak, Dave for a quick afternoon jaunt up Table Mountain. I hope all the local riders know how lucky they are that they can live in a huge city, and have this type of riding right on their doorstep!

As we climbed and climbed… and climbed some more up to the Blockhouse the light got really beautiful. Unfortunately my little point and shoot can’t capture it all but you still get the drift!

We also rode this super techy trail(this was the smooth, fast section. The rest was tight, rocky and downright dangerous). Don’t bother asking me where it is- I wouldn’t know!

The other day I also spotted this weird chap soaking up the rays on some local trails. All the flowers are out at the moment and it’s a nice challenge to ride the singletrack now that you can’t see it!
